Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify mental health needs and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client. Deliver a range of therapy services to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing various therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, or solution-focused therapy. Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care. Provide crisis intervention and support, demonstrating your expertise and empathy to assist clients during acute distress or emergency situations. Engage in community outreach activities and educational initiatives that promote mental health awareness and combat stigmaassociated with mental health issues. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socio-economic backgrounds facing a range of mental health challenges. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients, ensuring a welcoming therapeutic environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to document clinical information accurately and promptly. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, experience working in community mental health settings, working with diverse populations, and familiarity with telehealth tools are highly valued. Compensation and Benefits The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
