Client Relations Coordinator

We are seeking a dependable and relationship-focused Client Relations Coordinator to support client communication, ongoing service needs, and relationship management. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates professionally, and takes pride in providing responsive and personalized service. Key Responsibilities Communicate with clients to understand their individual needs and preferences Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner Maintain consistent communication throughout the client experience Research and provide information about available services and options Assist clients with requests, updates, and routine service needs Follow up when additional information, confirmation, or action is required Build positive client relationships through responsive communication and reliable follow-through Assist with resolving routine concerns and identifying appropriate solutions Coordinate information with service providers and other resources as needed Maintain accurate and organized client records Provide clients with confirmations, updates, and important information Track outstanding requests and follow-up needs Identify opportunities to improve the client experience Support client satisfaction and long-term relationship development Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Professional, patient, and customer-focused approach Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities Comfortable researching information and working with online systems Comfortable learning new digital tools and platforms Solution-oriented approach to routine questions and concerns Ability to work independently Reliable follow-through and communication skills Previous experience in customer service, client relations, hospitality, sales, administration, or a related field is helpful but not required Training & Support Remote work environment Structured initial training Ongoing role-specific training Access to online tools and resources #J-18808-Ljbffr Newhorizonscareergroup
