Lucas James Talent Partners is a 100% remote talent acquisition and RPO firm that partners directly with our clients’ hiring teams. As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you’ll manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple clients across diverse industries, bringing a consultative approach that delivers results for clients and candidates alike. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for a portfolio of clients across various industries and roles.
\n
• Guide candidates through the process, providing expert advice on resume writing, interview skills, and more to ensure successful placements.
\n
• Proactively source and engage candidates through databases, internet mining, and social media platforms.
\n
• Conduct behavioral, technical, and competency-based interviews to assess candidate fit.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all recruiting best practices and processes
\n
• Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to promote continuous learning and development within the team.
\n
• Collaborate closely with client hiring managers, ensuring alignment on job requirements and providing regular status updates.
\n
• Work in partnership with your dedicated Sourcing Specialist, supporting them with search strategies, allocation of time, and training to meet client needs.
\n
• Handle administrative tasks, including job postings, reference and background checks, and productivity reporting.
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Minimum of 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience- preferably in an agency or RPO setting. (Or a combination of both)
\n
• Strong talent sourcing skills including LinkedIn Recruiter.
\n
• At least 1 year of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers simultaneously.
\n
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, with a focus on delivering successful outcomes.
\n
• Self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a remote, home-office environment.
\n
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
\n
• Strong multitasking and decision-making abilities, ensuring all actions benefit both clients and the business.
\n
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience).
\n
