As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Badge Administration in New Holland, PA , this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

How This Role Works:

\n

\n
• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
\n
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.
\n

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers at a food and beverage production location by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and security-related policies.
\n
• Monitor and control access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and direct authorized personnel and deliveries in accordance with site requirements.
\n
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information through appropriate channels.
\n
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, parking areas, perimeter locations, and other assigned areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
\n
• Support emergency response activities and maintain accurate reports, logs, and other required documentation.
\n

Minimum Requirements:

\n

\n
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
\n
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
\n
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
\n
• Customer service experience is preferred.
\n
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
\n
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
\n
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
