Payroll Administrator / Implementation Consultant We are currently seeking candidates for a Payroll Administrator/Implementation Consultant at a law firm in Downtown Boston, MA, 02110. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in payroll processing and conversions at a professional services organization. This is a temporary role (est. 3-6 months); the hourly pay rate is between $40.00 and $44.00 per hour (based on relevant work experience) within a 40-hour work week. On-site 5 days per week. Starts September 14th, 2026. Responsibilities Convert multiple trust payrolls over to the new system, ensuring that SOPs are in place andmeeting all compliance regulations Set up multiple trust Verify demographics are correct under each trust Set up multi-state deductions correctly and verify garnishments are correct Perform all pre-payroll tests by trust to make sure that the system is set up correctly Run payroll reports by trust Close out accounts in different states Process cash transactions, including disbursements and receipts Assist in account openings/closures Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred 5+ years of experience in payroll processing, conversions, and bookkeeping Experience with A/P and Billing in a trust environment Experience with payroll conversions Experience in processing multiple payrolls Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong system experience with Microsoft Excel, Paychex, ADP, or Paylocity Strong communication and problem-solving skills Accuracy and attention to detail are a must Ability to work in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Daley And Associates, LLC
