This school-based physical therapy position offers a rewarding blend of onsite involvement and virtual supervision for professional growth and variety in your day-to-day experiences. You’ll deliver impactful support both in-person and through VOCO sessions, with flexibility for supervision and administrative duties. Immediate start available through late May 2027.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in South Carolina
• Experience or strong interest in school-based PT, serving K-12 students
• Ability to supervise a licensed PTA for VOCO services
• Comfortable working both onsite (In-person, 37.5 hours/week) and virtually (VOCO, 20 hours/week for supervision and paperwork)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and interventions to K-12 students across multiple school locations
• Collaborate closely with educators and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ mobility, functional independence, and educational access
• Supervise and mentor a licensed PTA delivering VOCO physical therapy services
• Complete timely documentation, progress reports, and all necessary paperwork associated with services and supervision
• Promote best practices and foster a positive, inclusive school environment
