FOH Manager

FOH Manager We are seeking an exemplary Restaurant FOH Manager to join our upscale hospitality team. You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience at Kitchen + Kocktails by Kevin Kelley and managing all functions of the restaurant during opening, mid, or closing shifts. Responsibilities Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, including attire, timely arrival, communication, and leadership. Lead by example and inspire the team. Increase revenue. Manage inventory. Market and promote Kitchen + Kocktails. Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, lobby, dining, and host areas. Effectively manage wait lists. Oversee guest services and resolve issues. Oversee, train, coach, and mentor FOH staff. Interview and hire team members. Manage employee conflict. Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs. Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations. Qualifications Flexibility to work all shifts, weekends, and some holidays. Personable and positive personality. High energy with experience working in a high-volume restaurant. Minimum of 5 years as a restaurant manager in full-service. Prior experience in an upscale casual or fine dining restaurant highly preferred. Strong leadership qualities. Ability to manage guest complaints with a positive and empathetic attitude. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to manage stressful times while at work.
