Speech Specialists of San Antonio and The Therapy Team are growing our West Palm Beach presence and looking for passionate SLPs and CFYs to join us. We serve pediatric home health and school district settings, and our clinicians consistently tell us: this doesn't feel like anywhere else they've worked.

What You'll Do

You'll provide speech-language pathology services across school and/or pediatric home health settings, including:

• Direct therapy and evaluations for students and pediatric clients
• ARD meetings, screenings, and planning (school setting)
• Consultation with families, caregivers, teachers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Timely, accurate documentation and progress tracking
• Goal development and participation in team-based care

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Florida SLP license — or CFY eligibility (CFYs encouraged to apply!)
• CCC-SLP or eligibility preferred
• Experience or genuine interest in pediatrics and/or school-based settings
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Must be able to reliably commute to West Palm Beach, FL, or plan to relocate before your start date.
