Our client, a well-established leader in the retail fixtures, displays, and manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. Position Overview

The Project Manager will oversee multiple cross-functional projects within a design-to-build manufacturing environment. Acting as the primary point of coordination between internal departments and key stakeholders, this individual will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to established quality standards.

The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver, effective communicator, and strong leader who can balance customer expectations with operational requirements while maintaining momentum throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through final delivery

• Coordinate activities across production, planning, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, and installation teams

• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and deliverables

• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks and solutions

• Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards

• Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams

• Manage competing priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment

• Drive accountability and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
