Job Category: Fine Dining, Luxury , Restaurant Industry: Fine Dining, Luxury, Restaurant Contact: Human Resources Department, Phone View phone number on click.appcast.io Dining Room Attendant Start Date: October 1, 2025; End Date: July 31, 2026 Job Description Butcher Private LLC d/b/a Butcher Private, located in Naples, Florida, seeks five (5) full‑time, temporary Dining Room Attendants responsible for: Polishing glasses, silverware, plates, brass, and copper Setting up and breaking down the restaurant (moving tables and chairs) Cleaning dining room, bar, patio, and maintaining restrooms during service Cutting and serving bread, running food and drinks Merging and serving alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages per company recipes at the coffee station Receiving, maintaining, ironing, and folding linen Greeting, seating guests, resetting tables, filling water pitchers, and marking trays Receiving and restocking dry goods and wines, updating wine lists Maintaining and organizing storage rooms and par levels Following Butcher Private "Steps of Service" SOP Report directly to the Operations Manager. Terms and Conditions of Employment Applicants must have at least three (3) months of experience in a fine‑dining or high‑volume environment at a high‑end restaurant, resort, or private club. Complete pre‑employment background check and drug screening. Travel is not required; daily transportation not provided; housing not offered. Wage and Benefits Base wage: $19.30 – $25.00 per hour, 40 hours a week, paid bi‑weekly. Overtime rate: $28.95 – $37.50 per hour; overtime available as needed. Position may occasionally receive gratuities. Wage increases based on Butcher Private Point Advancement System and performance tests. Optional benefits: medical, dental, and vision; costs deducted from paycheck if elected. Work Schedule Schedule may include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed any day Monday‑Sunday. Example shifts: 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.; shift hours may vary.
