We are looking for a skilled professional who is passionate about precision machining and eager to contribute to our innovative manufacturing processes. In this role, you will operate hobbing machines to produce high-quality gears and other components, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of excellence.

• Set up and operate hobbing machines to manufacture gears and related components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are met, making adjustments as necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on hobbing machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation as required.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance product quality.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
• Proven experience as a hobbing machinist or in a similar machining role.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
