Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing technology to establish meaningful connections with clients.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' emotional and behavioral needs, working collaboratively to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions.

• Empower clients to recognize and effectively address their feelings by guiding discussions and fostering an open therapeutic environment.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, grief and loss issues, transitional life stressors, and end-of-life planning concerns. Providing comprehensive support for individuals, couples, and families enables our therapists to play a critical role in enhancing the overall well-being of our community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• An active and valid LMFT license to practice in the state of Washington is mandatory.
\n
• A minimum of three years of professional experience working as a marriage and family therapist, with relevant experience in outpatient settings strongly preferred.

• Proficient in using computers and video conferencing software; prior telehealth experience will be considered an asset.

• Strong knowledge of therapeutic principles, methodologies, and procedures for diagnosing and treating various emotional and mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 105,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications.
