Human Resources Assistant

We’re looking for HR Assistant I to join a leading client in Mechanicsville, VA 23111 , onsite. Must meet tight deadlines and collaborate with a large, fast-moving content team in a virtual environment. Position HR Assistant What you’ll do Assist the HR team aligned to the Home Health segment of the company in delivering required pre‑hire & onboarding process deliverables across a variety of site locations, including but not limited to: Managing the background process including clinical licensure review Uploading appropriate paperwork in DoucCloud (I‑9, offer letters, sign‑on bonuses) Using e‑verification system for I‑9's Preparing reports and correspondence about status of pre‑hire and onboarding processes, referring issues as needed to HR team Coordinating communications with employees and office staff regarding day‑1 actions, including registering new hires for orientation Assist with other administrative duties as assigned by Human Resources Department If you have an interest in HR Assistant A Planner position, please apply now!
