Accounting Manager

Overview Established downtown Denver advertising agency seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations for three related corporate entities in a fast-paced, professional services environment. Responsibilities Full-cycle accounting for multiple entities Month-end and year-end close General ledger, AP/AR, payroll preparation Client billing, media billing, job cost accounting, and intercompany transactions Financial reporting and variance analysis Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Liaison with external CPA and tax advisors Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years accounting experience; agency or professional services experience preferred Strong knowledge of GAAP and multi-entity accounting Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Workamajig) Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently We offer Competitive salary and benefits Downtown Denver location Opportunity to work closely with ownership and leadership To apply Please submit resume and brief cover letter. #J-18808-Ljbffr
