Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, history taking, and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to diverse populations, including individuals, couples, and families.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to create effective treatment strategies.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards of practice.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops and training to stay updated with the latest in mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include individuals, couples, and families, often with limited access to traditional mental health services. They may present with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of an active, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within clinical settings, is essential.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on your experience and the caseload availability. In addition to a lucrative salary, our benefits package includes:
