AI Growth Operations Specialist

We are looking for an AI Growth Operations Specialist to support the growth, optimization, and user engagement strategies of our digital products. This role is designed for someone who enjoys combining artificial intelligence, analytics, marketing insights, and creative growth solutions in a fast-moving startup environment. You will work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to improve customer experiences, analyze user behavior, and develop scalable strategies for digital platforms, including interactive entertainment products such as Cool Games . Key Responsibilities Analyze user engagement data and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Support AI-powered automation workflows for marketing, customer insights, and business operations. Develop strategies to improve user acquisition, retention, and overall product performance. Research gaming and digital entertainment trends to help enhance platforms like Cool Games and other online experiences. Collaborate with creative and product teams to test new ideas, optimize campaigns, and improve user satisfaction. Create performance reports and provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis. Explore emerging AI tools and technologies that can improve operational efficiency. Requirements Experience in growth operations, digital marketing, business analytics, product management, or a related field. Strong understanding of user behavior, online platforms, and customer engagement strategies. Familiarity with AI tools, automation systems, or analytics platforms. Interest in gaming, digital products, and emerging technology trends. Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently in a startup environment.
