Head of GTM Technology & Growth Operations Help Shape the Growth Engine of a Category-Leading SaaS Business We're looking for a Head of GTM Technology & Growth Operations to lead the systems, processes, and operational strategy that power growth across our global business. This is a highly visible leadership role at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Growth, and Technology. You'll own the GTM technology ecosystem, champion AI-driven innovation, and ensure our demand generation, pipeline creation, and revenue teams operate as one connected engine. What You’ll Do Lead Our GTM Technology Strategy Own and evolve the technology ecosystem that supports marketing, pipeline generation, sales development, and revenue growth. Drive roadmap, governance, and investment decisions across GTM platforms, data, automation, and integrations. Ensure our systems are scalable, connected, and aligned with business priorities. Drive AI-Powered Operational Excellence Champion an AI-first approach to operations, automation, analytics, and workflow design. Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, improve decision-making, and accelerate growth through AI-enabled solutions. Partner with teams across the business to embed AI into day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. Scale Growth Operations Connect marketing, campaign operations, business development, insights, and technology into a unified operating model. Improve how pipeline is generated, managed, measured, and optimized. Establish clear processes, metrics, and data standards that enable predictable growth. Influence Across the Business Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Growth, and IT to align priorities and remove barriers to execution. Serve as a trusted advisor on GTM technology, operational strategy, and business transformation. Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve performance and accelerate growth. What We’re Looking For Required Experience 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Growth Operations, Marketing Operations, or Marketing Technology. Experience leading complex operational, technology, or transformation initiatives within SaaS or enterprise software organizations. Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, lead management, data enrichment, analytics, and GTM technology ecosystems. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple functions. Experience leading teams and delivering results in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Passion for AI and automation, with a track record of applying technology to improve business outcomes. Nice to Have Experience operating in a global enterprise environment.
