Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Grandview, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals, couples, and families to establish treatment plans that address various psychological and relational issues.
\n
• Providing therapeutic support to couples and families, while also seeing individuals for sessions that may address personal and specific issues.
\n
• Treating and guiding families through a wide range of topics including, but not limited to, alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, family conflicts, blended family challenges, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based methodologies to deliver tailored psychotherapy that meets the needs of diverse patient populations.
\n
• Continually reviewing and adjusting treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.
\n
• Documenting patient encounters, treatments, and outcomes in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve adult clients, alongside adolescents and children, addressing a broad spectrum of family dynamics and mental health challenges. The clientele may include individuals coping with marital strife, those experiencing the toll of separation and divorce, blended families adjusting to new circumstances, and patients dealing with medical issues that impact their mental health.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Currently hold a valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in Massachusetts.

• Have completed a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
