Overview A law firm seeks an experienced healthcare regulatory associate to join their team in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare regulatory matters, focusing on reimbursement and transactional due diligence. Duties Conduct reimbursement compliance and coding for novel products and services. Perform transactional due diligence and deal documentation. Negotiate and structure agreements with various stakeholders. Advise on fraud and abuse counseling and compliance. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of healthcare regulatory experience. Experience in reimbursement and transactional due diligence. Preferred experience in fraud and abuse counseling. Strong analytical and writing skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in good standing. Skills Excellent analytical and writing skills. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
