Job Overview A law firm seeks a Healthcare Associate (Regulatory) in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of healthcare-related transactional experience, advising on federal and multi-state healthcare matters, transaction structuring, and compliance with pivotal statutes. Duties Advise clients on healthcare regulatory matters. Assist in transaction structuring and compliance. Handle regulatory filings and corporate practice compliance. Interpret and apply statutes like the Stark Law and HIPAA. Requirements 3-6 years of healthcare transactional experience. Strong understanding of federal and multi-state healthcare regulations. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in Illinois preferred. Skills Excellent analytical and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
