Experienced Garage Door Service Technician | Company Vehicle | High Earning Potential | Year-Round Work Precise Garage Doors is seeking an experienced Garage Door Service Technicianwho specializes in diagnosing and repairing residential garage door systems. This is not an installer position . We are looking for a true service professional with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills who takes pride in solving problems, delivering exceptional customer service, and performing quality repairs. If you're tired of being micromanaged, want consistent work year-round, and want to be rewarded for your performance, we'd love to speak with you. This is acommission-based position with excellent earning potential for motivated technicians. Pay Range: $70,000 - $180,000 per year Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential garage doors, openers, springs, cables, rollers, and related components Identify the root cause of mechanical and electrical issues Perform service calls, tune-ups, and preventative maintenance efficiently and accurately Communicate findings and repair options clearly with customers Recommend appropriate solutions based on the customer's needs Complete invoices and collect payments when required Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work vehicle and job site Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards Requirements Minimum 2 years of hands-on garage door service and troubleshooting experience required Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities Experience with LiftMaster, Genie, Chamberlain, and other major opener brands Proficiency with hand and power tools Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Valid driver's license with a clean driving record What We Offer High earning potential with a performance-based commission structure Full-time, year-round work with a steady flow of service calls Company vehicle and fuel card provided Tools and uniforms provided Independence and autonomy, no micromanagement Strong support from our office and dispatch team Family-oriented culture built on honesty, respect, and teamwork Professional work environment with opportunities for advancement Join one of San Diego's leading garage door companies #J-18808-Ljbffr
