Client Manager - Insights

To support the Industry Insights team, the full-time Client Manager - Insights will manage client relationships by delivering analysis and insights on industries and markets using proprietary tools, while also guiding junior members in a remote role based in the US. Key responsibilities Utilize proprietary NIQ tools to address client business questions and deliver impactful insights Prepare and present analytical outlines during briefing sessions, transforming data into compelling narratives Identify and convert revenue leads while ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective analysis and execution of the service model Required qualifications 5 years of experience in the CPG industry or related fields such as sales, category management, or market research Master's degree is a plus Prior experience with NielsenIQ solutions or similar analytics tools preferred Proficiency in analyzing and incorporating various NIQ data sources relevant to clients Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Slides
