Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from your own home. This format promotes a flexible work-life balance, enabling you to maintain a fulfilling personal life while being available to support your clients effectively. The schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with no on-call requirements, ensuring your time is your own.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one video therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms, focusing on enhancing clients’ mental well-being.

• Evaluate clients' mental health conditions comprehensively, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.

• Collaborate with other professionals within the organization to share insights and best practices for client care, improving overall service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include adults who present with a range of mental health issues, primarily those classified as stable and low-acuity. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of one of the following independent licenses is mandatory:
