Mail Processing and Data Entry Specialist

Full-Time | Non-Exempt, 40 hours per week $21.00–$25.50/hour Sisters of Notre Dame are seeking a detail-orientedMail Processing & Data Entry Specialistto support fundraising and financial operations. This role is responsible for processing incoming mail and accurately entering donor and gift information intoRaiser’s Edge, while maintaining strict confidentiality. Responsibilities Open, sort, and process incoming mail daily Identify and handle donations and related correspondence Copy checks and documentation per procedures Enter, update, and maintain donor and gift records in Raiser’s Edge Code and batch gifts accurately Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times Qualifications Raiser’s Edge experience preferred (not required) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Strong organization and time management skills This position reports to theDatabase Managerand works collaboratively within the Mission Advancement team. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sisters of Notre Dame of the United States
