Seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Deal Desk Analyst to provide essential deal support to the Global Sales team in a full-time remote capacity, focusing on streamlining quoting processes, engaging in complex deal cycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence. Key responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison for the field sales team, streamlining quoting processes and leading educational initiatives Engage proactively in complex deal cycles to advise on pricing strategies and deal construction Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain to manage intricate transactions and ensure compliance Required qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or sales enablement within enterprise software or technology hardware sectors Direct experience in Deal Desk activities, including deal modeling and complex pricing structures Proficiency in Salesforce and experience optimizing booking and fulfillment workflows Demonstrated ability to thrive in a global operations environment with flexible working hours Expertise in establishing scalable best practices for deal desk operations
