Seeking a Chef de Cuisine for an upscale restaurant, located about 1 - 1.5 hours East of Tampa!

Chef de Cuisine Requirements & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of salaried Chef titles
- 3+ years of fine dining experience within Italian or Steakhouse restaurants
- Currently working for a fine-dining concept
- Positive mental attitude
- High energy and excellent communication
- Superb attention to detail and plating skills
- Strong emotional intelligence
- Experience with creating seasonal menus and specials
- Experience with inventory, ordering, scheduling and managing costs
- Strong management prowess (quality, timeliness, deliverables)
- Confident decision-maker and solutions-oriented mentality
- No more than 2-3 jobs in the last 10 years
