Staff Accountant

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join their growing team. This role will support day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and eager to contribute in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain journal entries and general ledger accounts
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Support financial reporting and budgeting activities
• Analyze financial data and help ensure accuracy of accounting records
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve accounting issues
• Assist with audits and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-3+ years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
