Customer Outreach Specialist

Bilingual Customer Outreach Specialist Required Skills & Experience: Fluent in both English and Spanish, including verbal and written communication. High school diploma or GED required. 2+ years of experience in customer service, community outreach, public relations, stakeholder engagement, field support, or a related customer-facing role. Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations and community stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams). Valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Ability to travel throughout Miami-Dade County and work in both office and field environments. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities. Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience supporting utility, telecommunications, construction, transportation, municipal, public works, or infrastructure projects. Experience conducting door-to-door outreach, stakeholder engagement, or community relations activities. Familiarity with CRM platforms, customer tracking systems, or case management software. Knowledge of easements, right-of-way processes, permitting, or utility construction projects. Experience working within multicultural and multilingual communities. Previous experience representing an organization in public-facing meetings or community events. Job Description: We are seeking a bilingual Customer Outreach Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact between customers, project teams, and utility stakeholders during infrastructure and construction projects throughout the Miami-Dade area. This role is responsible for proactively communicating project information, addressing customer concerns, coordinating property access, and building positive relationships within the communities impacted by ongoing construction activities. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who excels in customer-facing environments and is comfortable working both in the field and office settings.
