Vice President OF Business Development

Vice President Of Business Development WestXanitos is seeking a Vice President of Business Development West to join our sales team. Ideally based out of Southern California, Northern California or Arizona, the Vice President, Business Development/Sales is responsible for establishing the sales targets to meet the company objectives. Responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization.What we look for in a VP of Business Development:Proven track record in sales or business development specifically within the contract Environmental Services (EVS) industry, including a history of securing high-value service agreements in healthcare or highly regulated multi-site environments.Excellent oral and written communication skillsSolid management skills and business acumen with experience in developing sales plans, forecasts, and budgets.Outstanding personal track record for closing business at the C-level.Responsibilities:Plan and implement the sales strategy for the region, including short and long term performance goals. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the market, identifying key prospect and determining customer needs. Monitor the competitive landscape to determine trends in the region.Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiations. Although some marketing and lead generation support is provided, lead generation is the responsibility of the Regional VP Bus Dev/Sales.Collaborate with internal constituencies to develop a comprehensive service solution, tailored to the needs of individual clients. Develop and deliver client presentations in a collaborative/team selling environment.Track and analyze results, including sales volume, pipeline, expenses, and areas of opportunity within the region. Monitor performance against plan; trouble –shoot as needed. Identify new approaches based on analysis of the data.Maintain contact with key clients post-sale to identify new areas of opportunity, and to solidify the relationshipQualifications:Employees in Healthcare are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a term and condition of employment at Xanitos, absent a legally required Medical or Religious exception, and are required to report their vaccination status and upload proof of vaccination via a secure online portal.Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline required; MBA preferred.Minimum of 5 years in a consultative sales environment within the healthcare industry/. C-suite experience is required. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if applicable to the position).Travel Required: Yes. 60%Bachelors or better in Business Administration.
