Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individual, couples, and family dynamics to formulate personalized treatment plans that cater to specific client needs.

• Facilitate weekly therapy sessions, employing various evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Systemic Therapy.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring that client records are up-to-date and reflect progress as well as treatment milestones.

• Engage actively with a multidisciplinary team which includes social workers, psychologists, and psychiatrists to ensure integrated care and comprehensive support for our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The anticipated salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
