Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to accurately determine clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide effective counseling and therapeutic support for a wide array of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate clients' progress in treatment, adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Deliver immediate crisis intervention services, including risk assessments, and collaborate with emergency services when critical situations arise.

• Work cohesively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure a holistic approach to each client's care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, complying with HIPAA regulations and best practices in ethical care.

• Engage in continuous professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about the latest evidence-based practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field, with a specialization in clinical practice.

• An active and unrestricted Pennsylvania license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
