The Remote Outpatient Office setting at West Wing Neurobehavioral Associates provides a unique flexibility that allows you to manage your schedule while serving your clients effectively. This role operates during regular office hours, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, enabling a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients to collaboratively identify and understand their challenges, which may include anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship conflicts.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique values, goals, and individual needs, ensuring a person-centered approach to therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions focused on building trust and rapport, employing various intervention strategies that are effective for diverse client populations.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing urgent mental health distress, ensuring timely and appropriate care.

• Work with other mental health practitioners, case managers, and support staff to coordinate a comprehensive care plan that encompasses the multi-faceted aspects of each client’s situation.

• Continuously expand your knowledge and expertise in areas of interest, such as adolescent therapy, couples counseling, or trauma-focused care to enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
