Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to address the specific needs of clients.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring they incorporate evidence-based practices.

• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to devise and refine comprehensive treatment strategies, contributing to discussions that shape overall client care.

• Regularly monitor clients' situations through follow-up sessions and adjust treatment plans based on their ongoing needs and feedback.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment processes in compliance with organizational standards and HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals and families battling issues associated with substance abuse and mental health disorders. You will work with diverse populations, which may include adults, adolescents, and children from varied socio-economic and cultural backgrounds. A trauma-informed approach is emphasized, ensuring clients feel safe and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid California LMFT license, which is not under suspension or probation, is mandatory.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within an outpatient mental health setting is essential.

• Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to create a calming and therapeutic environment conducive to healing.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience or training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) techniques is highly desirable as it complements our holistic care approach.

Compensation and Benefits\n
