Business Development Manager

Overview Join Rimkus as a Business Development Manager and be a key player in driving growth and expanding our client base in the Built Environment Solutions sector. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in property management and real estate to promote our innovative solutions and build lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to maximize market penetration and client satisfaction within the assigned territory Identify and engage prospective clients across various sectors including corporate, commercial, municipal, governmental, and real estate developers Manage and nurture existing client accounts to deepen relationships and increase repeat business opportunities Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage contacts, and document business development activities effectively Prepare and coordinate proposals (RFPs), collaborating with operations to align expert resources with client requirements Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings to represent Rimkus and promote our services Ensure timely collection of receivables and resolve client concerns in collaboration with operational teams Travel regularly within the local metropolitan area as well as occasional out-of-area travel Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, consultative sales, or client relationship management, preferably with experience in property management, real estate, building engineering, roofing, or construction sectors Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team Additional Skills Ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships and identify new market opportunities Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Rimkus is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
