Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgery, or chronic conditions, determining their specific therapeutic needs.
• Design individualized treatment plans based on each patient's unique goals, utilizing various therapeutic techniques, such as exercise regimens, hands-on treatment methods, and advanced modalities.
• Monitor and document patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery and mobility.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment processes and self-care strategies, empowering them to participate actively in their rehabilitation journey.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in physical therapy by attending workshops, engaging with professional literature, and participating in relevant continuing education courses.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will engage with a diverse patient population, including children, adults, and seniors. Each patient will present with different challenges, from post-surgical rehabilitation to chronic pain management. You will be instrumental in helping them regain functionality, independence, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy is mandatory.
• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in physical therapy practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective patient interaction and documentation.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records and other documentation software.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
