SCI, the Leader in Real Estate Executive Search, is seeking a Vice President of Investments to join our client, a very active and well-capitalized industrial real estate investment platform. The organization has discretionary capital and is looking for a Vice President to play an integral role in sourcing and closing a high volume of acquisitions of industrial assets in key logistics markets in the Northeast. The role is based in New York City. Responsibilities Deal sourcing and screening Working with brokers and sellers Market research Modeling and underwriting Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders Tracking and refining investment strategy Working closely with platform leadership Ideal candidates will have a track record of sourcing and closing industrial real estate investments in the Northeast. #J-18808-Ljbffr
