Litigation Attorney

Experience: Mid Level Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 per year Job Details We are seeking skilled Medical Malpractice Defense Attorneys with a strong background in defending hospitals, physicians, and healthcare professionals in complex litigation. Qualifications Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Licensure: Admission to the New York State Bar Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Medical Malpractice and/or Insurance Defense litigation experience. Other relevant experience includes general liability matters inclusive of slip and fall, premises liability, labor law, and construction defect.
