Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Whole Hearted Therapeutics, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting compassionate and effective therapy sessions with couples, families, and individuals, addressing complex interpersonal dynamics and mental health concerns.

• Developing and implementing customized treatment plans based on client needs.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and systems theory to foster productive interactions among family members.

• Facilitating sessions that focus on various issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflict resolution, and communication difficulties.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Participating in ongoing training and professional development workshops to stay current with best practices in the field.
