Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to accurately identify clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and support systems.

• Implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) to guide each client's path to recovery.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, to provide therapy in individual, family, and group settings.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that empower clients through informed understanding of their mental health.

• Become an integral part of a multidisciplinary team by collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as needed to ensure client safety and security.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring timely updates on treatment progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n
