Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions , treating approximately 1-2 patients per hour to ensure high-quality, personalized care.
• Employ evidence-based techniques to improve patient mobility and manage pain effectively throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Develop and adapt treatment strategies based on patient progress, using clinical outcomes to guide modifications to therapy plans.
• Utilize WebPT for precise documentation of patient care, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for patients, contributing to multidisciplinary treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary population you will serve includes adults and elderly patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain conditions. Your role is essential in supporting these individuals as they navigate their rehabilitation journey, focusing on their unique challenges and goals. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Active California Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to a patient-centered approach.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with team members.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, particularly focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Experience using electronic medical records, specifically WebPT , to enhance patient documentation and care coordination.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
