On Point Physical Health Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Burlingame, California. This full-time position focuses on restoring movement and functionality in our patients through individualized rehabilitation plans tailored to their specific needs. Work Environment

You will work on-site at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center during standard business hours. Our center is designed to provide a safe and comfortable atmosphere for both our patients and staff. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while making a meaningful impact on the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual assessments, focusing on enhancing movement and alleviating pain.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques and modalities, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities like ultrasound and electrical stimulation, to optimize recovery.
• Work with 1-2 patients per hour to ensure focused, personalized attention and adjust treatment plans as necessary to accommodate progress and challenges.
• Monitor and document patient progress using WebPT, ensuring clear communication with the healthcare team regarding modifications and patient responses.
• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle adjustments to support ongoing recovery outside of therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with adults recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. Our patient population encompasses a diverse range of individuals, from athletes seeking to return to their sport to older adults looking to regain independence in daily activities. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• An active California Physical Therapist license or the ability to obtain one within a specified time frame.
• Exceptional clinical reasoning skills along with a hands-on approach to rehabilitation and patient care.
• Ability to effectively engage, educate, and motivate patients throughout their recovery process.

Preferred Experience

While we require a minimum of two years of relevant experience in physical therapy, we encourage applications from individuals who have specialized training or certifications in orthopedic rehabilitation or manual therapy techniques. Experience with pediatric populations or in specialized settings will also be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
