Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized one-on-one physical therapy sessions, managing a reasonable caseload of 1-2 patients per hour to ensure focused attention and quality care.
• Evaluate patient needs through thorough assessments, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies.
• Monitor and track patient progress, adjusting therapy techniques to maximize outcomes. Document all patient interactions and treatment plans using WebPT to maintain accurate records and facilitate seamless communication with fellow healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients on their conditions and empower them with strategies to enhance their independence and confidence in movement.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending training sessions, workshops, and conferences to stay current with the latest physical therapy practices and technologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries, with a strong emphasis on restoring functional movement. You will work with individuals who may have undergone joint replacements, sports injuries, or chronic pain conditions, and your expertise will aid them in navigating their rehabilitation journey, thereby transforming their everyday lives.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• A current or eligible Physical Therapist license in California is mandatory to practice.
• Strong foundation in hands-on therapy techniques and a commitment to providing patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication skills are essential for motivating patients and working effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in a rehabilitation or orthopedic setting is preferred, contributing to a deeper understanding of patient care dynamics.
• Experience with electronic documentation systems, particularly WebPT, is advantageous.
• Proficiency in developing rehabilitation programs tailored to diverse patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience, alongside a generous benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans.
