Work Environment

This position is onsite—allowing you to interact directly with patients in a professional clinic atmosphere. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic while providing ample opportunity for meaningful patient interactions. Key Responsibilities

• Effectively evaluate patients' needs and establish targeted treatment goals based on individual assessments.
• Manage a patient caseload at a steady pace of one individual per hour, ensuring personalized and focused care.
• Implement cost-effective physical therapy interventions that enhance patients' range of motion and overall mobility.
• Develop comprehensive care plans that integrate diverse therapeutic techniques tailored to each patient's specific requirements.
• Create customized fitness and wellness programs aimed at improving strength, flexibility, and overall performance.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques to facilitate recovery and reduce pain.
• Document all patient care services meticulously, maintaining clear records for future references and treatment adjustments.
• Regularly assess patient progress, using outcome measures to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans.
• Motivate patients through their rehabilitation journey, embodying a supportive and encouraging presence.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As part of our orthopedic outpatient services, you will primarily work with adult patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. Our approach is centered around providing individualized programs that restore function and enhance quality of life, with a strong focus on evidence-based practice and patient education.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in California, with no history of disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy and exercise protocol development.
• Strong proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, specifically WebPT.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective patient engagement and collaboration with colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practice and a commitment to continuous professional development.

Compensation and Benefits
