Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to create detailed treatment plans tailored to their individual rehabilitation goals.
• Guide patients through a range of therapeutic interventions including both active and passive exercises, muscle re-education techniques, and functional training.
• Provide education to patients and their families about effective care strategies, fostering a supportive environment for recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure deliverables and improve patient outcomes by communicating patient progress and adapting care plans as necessary.
• Document patient progress rigorously in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, or foreign equivalent.
• Current California State License to practice as a Physical Therapist.
