Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities, identifying limitations, strengths, and rehabilitation goals.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to maximize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Provide hands-on care and support during sessions, using various modalities and equipment specific to orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Educate patients about their conditions, recovery processes, and effective strategies for pain management and injury prevention, empowering them in their healing journey.
• Document patient progress and treatment efficacy meticulously, using our electronic health records system to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain ongoing communication with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment and optimize health results.
• Engage in regular professional development through workshops, conferences, and training to stay abreast of advancements within the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient's range includes individuals recovering from post-operative orthopedic procedures, sports-related injuries, chronic pain issues, and musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Must possess an active California state license in Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with state regulations and standards.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in orthopedic physical therapy, demonstrating a solid foundation in clinical practice.
• Current CPR certification to ensure preparedness for any emergency situations.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
