Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to establish patient needs and treatment goals.
• Maintain a sustainable patient load, typically working with one patient per hour to ensure adequate attention and care.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's unique conditions and recovery goals.
• Utilize a variety of proven treatment techniques and modalities to enhance patient mobility and reduce pain.
• Promote non-surgical alternatives and cost-effective treatments that minimize dependency on medications.
• Customize fitness and wellness programs to align with the specific health objectives of each patient.
• Review and update patient treatment plans based on progress and evaluation results, documenting care delivered comprehensively.
• Motivate and educate patients on lifestyle changes that enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and overall well-being.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and specialists, to deliver integrated care.
• Remain engaged with patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, providing ongoing support and encouragement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients include athletes recovering from sports-related injuries, individuals post-surgery, and those managing chronic pain. Qualifications

• Holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California, with no disciplinary actions on record.
• Demonstrates exceptional manual therapy skills, enriching the therapeutic experience for patients.
• Experienced in developing effective exercise regimens tailored to patient needs.
• Proficient with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically familiar with WebPT or similar software for efficient documentation.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience working as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with specialized rehabilitation niches, such as sports injuries, would be advantageous.
