Work Environment

Our clinic operates from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, where you will engage with both patients and colleagues in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. The rehabilitation center fosters an integrated approach to care, allowing for seamless communication and collaboration among physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities, limitations, and functional needs to develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, employing various treatment modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities like ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation protocols, and self-management strategies to promote active participation in the healing process.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to coordinate ongoing care and support.
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically Web PT, for accurate documentation and efficient management of patient records.
• Engage in continuous professional development to keep current with advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• An active, unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• A clean professional record with no history of sanctions or board actions.
• Strong proficiency in hands-on treatment techniques and the ability to develop effective exercise programs tailored to each patient.
• Proficiency in using EMR software, particularly Web PT, to maintain accurate and comprehensive patient documentation.
• Current knowledge of evidence-based practices in physical therapy, ensuring the provision of high-quality care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly desirable.
• Prior involvement in sports-related rehabilitation or chronic pain management.
• Mastery of multiple therapeutic modalities and the ability to combine them effectively based on individual patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
