Oro Valle Motion Physical Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art outpatient clinic in San Francisco, California. Work Environment

You will work onsite amid a team of two skilled physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA) in a collaborative outpatient office setting. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a structured work schedule that supports work-life balance. The comfortable, well-designed space encourages open communication and teamwork, essential for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to establish objectives and customize treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Manage a patient load designed for efficiency, treating one patient per hour to ensure quality attention and care.
• Utilize a variety of treatment techniques, including manual therapy, exercise regimens, and lifestyle counseling, to support patient rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans as necessary, maintaining clear communication with patients and their families.
• Document all interactions and treatment protocols in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards, using EMR software like WebPT for patient record management.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to optimize comprehensive patient care.
• Engage in continuous education to remain current with the latest practices in physical therapy and contribute insights to team discussions.
• Promote preventative care through educational interventions to mitigate the need for surgical procedures or prolonged medication usage.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice focuses predominantly on orthopedic patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. We provide tailored services aimed at improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. As a physical therapist, your role will be pivotal in motivating patients and fostering a healthy lifestyle by guiding them through personalized rehabilitation programs.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in California, with a clean record free from disciplinary actions or board actions.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is preferred.
• Proficient in various manual therapy techniques and exercise prescriptions for rehabilitation.
• Strong understanding of patient assessment methodologies and treatment strategies tailored to individual needs.
• Familiarity with EMR software platforms, particularly WebPT, to streamline documentation processes.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient clinic.
• Demonstrated success in helping patients achieve their physical rehabilitation goals.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
