Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on detailed evaluations of each patient's condition.
• Implement physical therapy treatments that include manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to alleviate pain and restore function.
• Guide patients in performing essential exercises as per their treatment plans, ensuring proper techniques to maximize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Utilize adaptive equipment, such as walkers and assistive devices, to support patients in their recovery journey.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to align with ongoing recovery goals.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes and provide guidelines for continued care post-treatment.
• Assist with mentoring and training junior staff on best practices and technical skills within the therapy setting.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy.
• Perform any additional job-related duties as assigned, ensuring a responsive and patient-centered approach at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients include individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions requiring specialized rehabilitation services. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapist license to practice in California.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant physical therapy setting, with a focus on orthopedic therapy.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on communication and empathy.
• The ability to work independently and make clinical judgments in a home care setting.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in home health or outpatient orthopedic clinics is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
