Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Motion Masters, you will:

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations, assessing each patient's medical history, current condition, functional limitations, and personal goals. This foundational assessment informs tailored treatment plans.
• Create and implement individualized plans of care based on assessment findings, ensuring that treatment aligns with each patient's personal journey.
• Engage patients in understanding their rehabilitation process, fostering their active participation and commitment to their treatment goals.
• Deliver a variety of treatment interventions, including progressive exercise prescriptions, manual therapy techniques, and patient education to facilitate recovery.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to ensure continuous improvement and optimal results.
• Thoroughly document patient interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of California.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in orthopedic physical rehabilitation.
• Strong expertise in manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, and patient education.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
